Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for a Social Worker to join their great Duty and Assessment Team with a Pay rate up to £38 per hour on a locum basis.

Conduct timely and comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine the best course of action.
Work collaboratively with a variety of professionals and agencies to ensure families receive consistent support.
Maintain detailed and accurate records to contribute to the continuity of care and legal requirements.
Provide advice and support to children and their families focusing on creating sustainable and positive outcomes.
