Healthcare Assistants - End of Life Urgent Care Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic well‑motivated individuals who are interested in end‑of‑life care.
St Lukes is delivering on its vision of a Hospice without Walls with the support of its End‑of‑Life Urgent Care Team as a Healthcare Assistant for the End‑of‑Life Urgent Care Service you will assist in supporting community‑based end‑of‑life (EOL) patients in meeting their preferred place of care / death and prevent inappropriate admission to secondary care.
Whilst this role can be busy and challenging there is great reward in helping make a real difference at the end of a person's life by caring for them in their own homes and preferred place of care / death.
