Down Type: Full-time | Permanent Hours & Salary August March: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm April July: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 4:00pm Salary: £26,000 £27,000 per year (depending on experience) About Us R P G Industries is a growing e-commerce business supplying stove parts and accessories to customers across the UK and Ireland. Operating from The Stove Yard in Newtownards, we run a busy warehouse and dispatch operation alongside our retail showroom. About the Role Were looking for a reliable and proactive individual to take ownership of the day-to-day fulfilment of online orders. This is a hands-on position at the heart of the business youll play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. There is genuine opportunity for progression as the business continues to grow, and were keen to bring in someone who can grow with it. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders Print shipping labels and book courier collections Maintain an organised dispatch area and stock system Identify and report issues (e.g. damaged goods, shortages, order queries) Assist with general warehouse duties as required What Were Looking For Confident using computers day-to-day (order systems, courier portals, spreadsheets) Highly organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and use initiative Commercially aware, with an understanding of how your role supports the wider business No experience in the stove industry is required.
