Project Manager – HV/LV Engineering
Oxfordshire (hybrid – one day per week in the office)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in electrical engineering, utilities, or power distribution? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected engineering business delivering installation, maintenance, and product support projects across the UK.
In this role, you’ll oversee the delivery of multiple live projects ranging from small-scale installations to complex long-term programmes. Working closely with an incredible team of skilled engineers, subcontractors, and clients, you’ll ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a diverse and hands on position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver LV/HV electrical projects from sales handover through to completion.
* Manage multi-disciplined teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance are always prioritised.
* Oversee project scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
The Person:
* Proven experience managing electrical, utilities, or power engineering projects.
* Knowledge of LV/HV systems, installation, or maintenance works..
* Competent in MS Office and MS Project (or similar planning software).
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites when required.
