1. Kitchen Assistant: 12.40 p/h and Night premium: + 1.20 p/h (00:00-06:00)
2. Chef de Partie: 12.70 p/h and Night premium: + 1.50 p/h (00:00-06:00)
All pay rates are scheduled for review in April
