Aberdeen City OOH Band 5 Community Nurse opportunities to join our Aberdeen City HSCP Evening and Night Community Nursing Unscheduled Care Team. You will be part of a team that predominately provides person-centred, end of life care and symptom control for patients in their own homes, enabling them to remain in their preferred place at end of life. You will also deliver unscheduled clinical nursing interventions to patients referred from GMED, NHS24, Hospital@Home and other professionals.

* Deliver unscheduled clinical nursing interventions to patients referred from GMED, NHS24, Hospital@Home and other professionals.
Qualifications and requirements
* Evidence of current post-registration experience in a clinical environment; community nursing experience is preferred.
* Good communication skills and experience in palliative and end of life care.
* Car owner/driver and current UK driving licence; car must be LEZ compliant.
Hours and location
Hours: Various hours available within an 8-day rota. 1900 – 0800 (3 shifts on / 5 shifts off; 31.5 hrs per week pro rata) and 1830 – 0000 (3 shifts on / 5 shifts off; 14.5 hrs per week pro rata).
Location: Aberdeen Community Health and Care Village, White Zone, Frederick Street, Aberdeen AB24 5HY.
