Overview
My client is currently hiring for an experienced Conveyancing or Commercial Property lawyer to join their successful and well respected litigation firm as they build a new arm to the business. This is a unique opportunity to build from the top down with extensive support and collaboration from the firm\'s owner. They are looking for an established solicitor with drive and market knowledge in Property law to create something great. The role is entirely applicant led with it being a new project, so the salary and package are open to negotiation. You will be expected to build a client base, work your own files, and eventually bring on further team members as the need arises.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for something outside of day-to-day casework and is ambitious enough to want their own property department. In return, the firm offers hybrid/remote working, a modern city centre office, a friendly yet professional environment, extensive support from the owner as the work grows, and excellent progression and development opportunities.
We look forward to your application!
