Overview
Role Overview: The NetSuite Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancement projects. This includes project planning, stakeholder management, scope control, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
* Project Leadership
o Lead and manage NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
o Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
o Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and risk reviews.
* Stakeholder Engagement
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
o Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
o Provide strategic consultation to executive stakeholders on NetSuite capabilities.
* Functional & Technical Oversight
o Conduct discovery sessions and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
o Configure NetSuite modules and demonstrate solution walkthroughs.
o Collaborate with technical teams to guide custom development.
* Testing & Deployment
o Define test scenarios and support UAT and system integration testing.
o Coordinate Go Live activities and ensure smooth cutover.
o Create training materials and lead end-user training sessions.
* Post-Implementation Support
o Liaise with NetSuite Support and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
o Evaluate ROI and recommend future enhancements or upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience
o 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in NetSuite ERP implementations.
o At least 10+ years of overall experience.
o Experience with business processes like O2C, P2P, R2R, Revenue Recognition, and Multi-book Accounting.
* Certifications (Preferred)
o NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator.
o PMP or equivalent project management certification.
* Technical & Business Acumen
o Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and cloud ERP systems.
o Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
o Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Soft Skills
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
