Role responsibilities
* Develop and manage affiliate, referral and partnership marketing campaigns across multiple global events.
* Drive measurable growth in registrations, leads and engagement through social referral platforms and affiliate tools.
* Activate sponsors, speakers and influencers to promote events using trackable links and campaign assets.
* Create compelling marketing copy and visual content (e.g., using Canva or similar design tools).
* Analyse performance metrics (UTMs, ROI, referral data) to optimise ongoing campaigns.
* Coordinate with wider marketing and event teams to ensure consistent partner engagement and campaign delivery.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, partners and sponsors across different regions.
Candidate background / the right fit
* 2-4 years' experience in B2B events, media or affiliate marketing.
* Proven success driving bookings or leads through affiliate, partner or referral channels.
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging sponsors, speakers and C-suite partners.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns across global events.
* Skilled in copywriting, social media and basic design tools.
* Familiar with UTM tracking, referral platforms and performance analysis.
* Results-focused with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
