Key Responsibilities
* Perform installation of commercial storefronts, curtain walls, and other architectural glazing systems
* Handle and install glass, aluminum frames, doors, and related hardware
* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job site layouts
* Ensure proper fitting, sealing, and alignment of all glazing materials
* Maintain jobsite cleanliness and follow all safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
* Exhibit a strong attention to detail and quality on every project
* Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in residential glazing
* Strong technical knowledge of glass installation processes.
* High level of field involvement, particularly in the early stages, as we continue to expand our customer base in the Salt Lake City area.
* Must be comfortable working independently on job sites and supporting project execution from start to finish.
* Must have own basic hand tools
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
* OSHA 10 certification is a plus
