Winner Recruitment are seeking a motivated and experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and growing Coventry team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment—particularly within the driving or logistics sector—who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of professional HGV and LGV drivers across multiple client sites.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all staffing requirements and KPIs are consistently met.
* Handle all aspects of compliance, including right-to-work checks, licence validation, and working time regulations.
* Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing for all drivers.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to identify business opportunities and support company growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in recruitment (driving, industrial, or logistics sectors preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of HGV driver regulations and transport industry compliance.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Confident working towards targets with a proactive, results-focused attitude.
