We are looking for a Branch Administrator who will support the branch by contributing to its financial performance.
Main Duties Include
* Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for.
* Investigate missing notes and PODs, obtain replacements if required.
* Balance the branch till daily, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Complete branch banking books and ensure monies are banked daily.
* Forward till reports to Head Office and update banking templates.
* Allocate pay later notes.
* Monitor unpaid cash sale reports, escalate discrepancies or queries.
* Ensure unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected promptly.
* Run weekly account statements and keep them current.
* Ensure staff accounts are up to date.
* Monitor and analyze the aged debt report.
* Allocate customer payments and ensure monies are banked daily.
* Update customer notes with relevant details as needed.
* Monitor and review customer credit limits.
* Handle general customer queries face-to-face or over the phone.
Working Hours
45 hours on average, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
About You
Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment is preferred.
