What You Will Be Doing Managing controlled access to client sites using advanced Video Management Systems Monitoring and responding to electronic alarm signals promptly and professionally Delivering excellent customer care through clear and courteous telephone communication Liaising with emergency services when required, following strict operational protocols Producing clear, accurate, and timely written reports Working within a disciplined team environment with a focus on security and service excellence Who We Are Looking For We're seeking motivated, reliable professionals with a keen eye for detail and a calm, decisive approach under pressure. You'll need: A valid SIA CCTV License (Level 2 in CCTV Operations) - Essential Must be 18 years or older - Essential Prior experience in CCTV monitoring and a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills written and verbal The ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently A flexible approach to shifts (including nights and weekends) Professionalism, accuracy in reporting, and a commitment to customer service excellence.
