The Service Manager will provide operational leadership across the Supported Accommodation, Dispersed Scheme, Floating Support, and Housing Support and Advice services. The postholder will ensure services meet statutory and regulatory obligations, commissioner expectations, and internal quality standards.
This role is central to creating and sustaining a culture of high-quality, trauma-informed, recovery-focused practice, empowering staff to deliver excellent outcomes and supporting individuals to achieve lasting independence.
What will you be doing?
The Service Manager’s responsibilities span strategic management, stakeholder engagement, staff leadership, and quality assurance, alongside ensuring compliance, safeguarding, and effective use of resources. As a key member of Platfform’s operational management team, the Service Manager will also contribute to shaping and delivering the organisation’s wider strategic vision and mission.
