Your New RoleAs CSA Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on large-scale, high‑value construction projects located across the UK. The initial project will largely focus on civils and groundwork projects, so candidates with that bias would be of particular interest. You will:
1. Lead and coordinate groundwork and civils activities from pre‑construction through delivery.
2. Manage subcontractors, ensuring programme, quality, safety andmercial targets are met
3. Oversee sequencing, planning, permits and daily site operations
4. Work closely with project leadership to resolve technical issues and drive progress on fast‑paced schemes.
5. Ensure all worksply with industry standards, client expectations andpany procedures
This role offers the chance to work on some of the most prestigious and technically advanced projects in the sector.What You’ll Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will bring:
6. A strong background in construction, civils or groundworks
7. Proven experience managing high-value packages onplex or fast‑paced projects
8. Ability to lead subcontractors,municate effectively and resolve challenges on site.
9. Solid understanding of civils sequencing, interfaces and programme management
10. All relevant industry certifications/tickets ( CSCS, SMSTS, first aid etc.)
11. Be able to work on fast-paced projects and manage your time and resources accordingly.
