OTE: $k (50/50 split)

This San Francisco-based startup provides a unified API powering meeting and conversational data across major collaboration platforms. In under three years, the company has scaled to $30M+ ARR, serves 2,+ customers, and has raised ~$51M in funding from top-tier venture investors.
Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Ridge Ventures, Y Combinator, HubSpot Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures, the business recently closed a $38M Series B (Sept ) at a $M valuation. They are now scaling aggressively.
With minimal direct competition and strong inbound demand from companies building cutting-edge AI products, this is a rare opportunity to join a true category creator at an inflection point.
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
1. Close net-new business from a high-quality inbound funnel (+ employee companies)
2. Generate and convert outbound Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities
3. Own the full sales cycle: Discovery Demo Pilot Close
4. Deliver technical product demonstrations to senior engineering stakeholders
5. Manage a structured 14-day pilot programme
6. Advise CTOs and Heads of Engineering on best practices
7. Help shape and refine the company's Enterprise sales motion
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role within a fast-scaling business.
What They're Looking For
8. 5-8 years' experience closing Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS deals
9. Proven track record of exceeding quota
10. Experience selling to technical buyers (CTO / Head of Engineering)
11. Previous startup experience (Seed to Series B preferred)
12. Comfortable running technical demos
13. Highly self-directed and proactive
14. Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable operating without rigid structure
