has an opportunity available for a Technical Administrator to join our team based in Swindon. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

About the role
As a Technical Administrator, you will support the pre-development/technical team by managing project documentation, drawings, and information, ensuring accuracy, timely filing, and accessibility under the guidance of the Development Manager.
Key responsibilities
* Manage documentation across multiple projects, ensuring proper naming, uploading, and approval processes
* Conduct quality assurance checks on uploaded information for accuracy and completeness
* Coordinate with consultants and external agencies on planning, technical, and engineering matters, liaising with local authorities, building control, warranty providers, and utility companies
* Prepare and manage Home User Guides, OMS manuals, health & safety guides, and coordinate handover documentation with site teams
Candidate requirements
* Experience in a similar role, preferably within housebuilding or construction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with keen attention to detail
* Numeracy skills; experience with purchase orders and invoices is a plus
* Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents is advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
