Key Responsibilities: Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted Regulations and Quality Standards. Provide supervision, guidance, and support to residential support workers, ensuring consistent and therapeutic approaches are implemented. Lead shifts effectively, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive engagement of young people at all times. Work directly with children and young people to build trusting relationships and promote emotional stability, independence, and resilience. Oversee and contribute to care planning, keywork sessions, and the recording of progress and outcomes.
