Nightingale Lodge is an outstanding-rated residential care home located in the beautiful seaside town of Hunstanton. The home provides high-quality short-term, respite, and long-term residential care for up to 29 residents in a warm and supportive environment.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our dedicated team at Nightingale Lodge. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about care with the drive to maintain and build upon the exceptional standards already in place.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to residents' individual needs.
* Recruit, lead, and develop a motivated and committed care team.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and all regulatory standards, maintaining our outstanding rating.
* Manage budgets and oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the home.
* Foster a culture of dignity, respect, and wellbeing for residents, families, and staff.
About You
* Proven experience in a care home leadership role.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of residential care, with an understanding of CQC requirements.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents.
