About the Role
As part of its global expansion strategy, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Global Business Development & Product Alliances Manager to enhance its European influence, brand presence, and sourcing expertise. Reporting directly to the founder, the role will lead initiatives such as executing international trunk show events and sourcing strategic brand collaborations beyond apparel.
The focus is on expanding RRJ’s presence in the global luxury markets—particularly in London, New York, and Dubai—through curated pop-up events and co-branded product launches aligned with the brand's heritage aesthetic.
Responsibilities include identifying retail partners, managing event logistics, engaging with VIP customers, and developing cross-category collaborations by negotiating partnerships with like-minded designers, ensuring each project aligns with the brand’s identity and strategy.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or fashion-related studies are advantageous.

* 5–7 years of experience in international business development or partnerships within the luxury fashion or lifestyle sectors
* Proven success in managing collaborations or events
