This role offers a competitive salary of £57,408 working 48 hours per week.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
* Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
* Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
* Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), mix of leading on the floor, and allocated supernumerary time.
* Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager role will have:
* Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level – desirable
* Experience working in a senior role in a care home or hospital – essential
* Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits
* Strong leadership abilities
* A passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents
* Flexibility to work hours required to be an effective deputy, for the needs of the Home
