My client is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a large engineering project on the Heathrow Estate.
Paying between £350 400 + 18 months work + Weekly Payments
The purpose of the HSE Manager is to advise, guide and manage site functions on all aspects of health, safety, environmental issues, as well as ensuring good relations with the client.
You will need to ensure that the site operates safely and effectively in line with current policies and procedures and to ensure the ongoing effectiveness and suitability of these management systems
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct HSE site audits
To ensure the company is up to date and in line with current legislations contractual obligations.
To take a lead in identifying any risks or noncompliance and develop actions to minimise these risks.
To review, update and implement policies and processes.
Deliver a training programme, induction policies for new starters
Provide support to operations with expert advice to enable them prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments
