The opportunity
We’re seeking a tenacious, passionate, and proactive individual to step into a key role within their office team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help drive smooth day-to-day operations while delivering the outstanding service their customers rely on. This is an exciting chance to influence how our office functions and contribute to the continued growth of the company.
Key responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring positive relationships.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and offering account support.
* Carry out general office administration to keep operations running smoothly.
* Support key accounting tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger responsibilities.
* Respond to internal emails within designated KPIs.
* Make and receive phone calls to assist customers promptly and professionally.

* Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role.
* Strong telephone manner with the confidence to handle challenging situations.
* Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently for most of the week, using strong judgement and decision-making skills.
