Territory Sales Manager – ENT - Northern UK. We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector looking for a highly talented medical device salesperson to join a supportive, ambitious and fun team. Join one of Stryker’s smaller and fast‑growing ENT division. Our innovative portfolio supports the evolution of surgical specialties and procedures within ENT, combining capital, consumable and disposable products. We seek an ambitious, hardworking sales professional committed to driving growth in the territory.
As a Territory Sales Manager within the ENT team, you will play a significant role within a highly successful sales team that shares a strong belief in helping our customers improve patient care and outcomes using our products. You will be responsible for identifying and actively pursuing sales opportunities while maintaining existing business, always displaying exemplary customer service and patient focus.
You will need to develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement and finance professionals. You will conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, product training for clinical staff, and support cases in operating theatres.
The territory covered is Northern England & Scotland.

What you need
* Training in a medical / scientific / technical career or a degree in sciences / business based subject (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in medical device sales
* Proven success in capital sales
* An individual who takes ‘ownership’ with a focus on delivering results
* Ability to demonstrate drive and desire to succeed and win

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen, ideally knowledge of the NHS / private medical sector
* English language fluency
* A full, valid driver’s licence
* Experience in medical devices in ENT or Head & Neck would be advantageous
