Job Description We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join our growing team at TNC. If you love building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working with a varied client base, this role is for you. As a Membership Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of multi-membership clients. Your goal? To retain, grow and strengthen those relationships by helping clients get the most out of their subscriptions, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring they see real value from our products. You’ll play a key part in shaping long-term client loyalty by understanding their goals, helping them connect the dots across our membership services, and showing how TNC supports their ongoing success. Job Requirements We’d love to hear from you if you: Are self-motivated, results-focused and take ownership of your success Have experience in account management or client-facing roles, ideally in a SaaS business for at least 1 year Are confident using CRM systems and other business tools Stay organised under pressure and know how to prioritise effectively Have a curious mind and love learning about products, industries and new features Are a great communicator – both in person and in writing Can listen carefully to understand client challenges and goals Feel confident using data to guide your decisions and forecast accurately Bring energy and assertiveness to conversations, finding opportunity even where it’s not obvious Work well with others and enjoy being part of a high-performing team Job Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Act as the main commercial point of contact for a set group of TNC clients Renew subscriptions early and find opportunities to increase revenue Proactively manage your accounts using client insights, CRM data, usage patterns, and marketing tools Keep client records up to date in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and transparency across the team Build strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels through regular, meaningful contact Monitor client usage and spot natural upsell and cross-sell opportunities Hold strategic conversations with decision makers to uncover needs and recommend tailored solutions Tackle objections with creativity and convert hesitant users into advocates Stay ahead of the competition with solid product and market knowledge Accurately manage your pipeline and forecast revenue in line with team targets Lead commercial conversations and drive contract negotiations confidently Set up and attend meetings, demos and industry events to promote the TNC brand and vision Collaborate with other Account Managers to share best practices and new ideas Job Benefits At TNC, we’re passionate about helping organisations grow and thrive through knowledge and connection.
