Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing and packaging processes.
* Optimise plant equipment for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and availability.
* Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement projects.
* Develop and implement maintenance regimes and manage external contractors.
* Support commissioning, qualification, and validation of new equipment.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, GEP, and internal quality systems.
Requirements/ experience needed:
* HNC/HND or Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
* Graduate or 2-3 years industry experience.
* Must have experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing i.e. pharma/ biopharma, FMCG.
* Packaging experience is essential.
* Strong understanding of commissioning, qualification, and validation.
* Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
