People Advisor Part time - 21 hours a week Monday - Thursday (Flexi hours) Leeds Permanent Up to £35k Full time equivalent As the People Advisor, you will provide advice, guidance and support to employees on a range of HR related matters, covering a true generalist remit. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Coach and support line managers to provide development to build a positive employee relations environment. Develop and deliver good quality training sessions for employees. Lead, develop and deliver a variety of HR-related projects. Support the recruitment and onboarding process. Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in employment practises and leadership relationships. We are looking for: A good understanding of employment legislation. Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. The ability to provide accurate and timely advice and guidance.
