They supply complete combustion solutions from existing boilers to designing equipment to meet new building & industrial powerplant requirements. They currently have a vacancy for a Fabricator Programmer to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The duties of the Fabricator Programmer is to program and Fabricate parts to support the production function, use of programming software to enable utilization of materials and efficiency, use of various fabrication machinery including press brakes, CNC rollers, Pillar drills etc… PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES * Work on custom, high-end metalworks projects, contributing to the creation of unique and aesthetically pleasing pieces. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring accurate execution of design specifications. * Select and prepare materials for fabrication, ensuring proper measurements and dimensions. * Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the company's high-quality expectations. * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly * Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality * Producing quality components on time. * knowledge of programming/Nesting * Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities * Keep work area clean and organized * Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. * Follow all safety rules and quality standards * Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency * Operate other machinery used in the fabrication area, or assist others * Adhere to the Quality management system ISO9001 SKILLS REQUIRED * Knowledge of Programming software to flatten/nest components * Knowledge of basic laser machine operation. * Proven Experience in metal fabrication. * Proficient in CNC machinery and metal fabrication tools. * Experience with CAD software advantageous * Ability to collaborate with a team to achieve project goals and deadlines. * Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Willingness to work on diverse and challenging projects, adapting to different design requirements. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
