Tuition will take place face-to-face only at a community centre in OX28, during weekday school hours (no evenings or weekends). The sessions total 6 hours per week, spread across 3 days.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the learner's individual needs, communication style, and attention profile.
* Liaise with parents/carers and professionals where appropriate to support progress against EHCP outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance and learning progress.
About You
* Experience working with neurodiverse learners, especially students with ADHD and/or non-verbal communication needs.
* A calm, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
* Strong understanding of adaptive and creative teaching methods.
* Enhanced DBS check (required).
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), HLTA, or significant tutoring/SEND experience preferred.
