We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead regulatory initiatives within a complex financial environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project delivery across Tier 1 banks or top consulting firms, particularly within Markets and Regulatory domains. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter, capable of driving transformation and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage regulatory change projects across Markets, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Engage with Front Office (Trading and Sales), Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, and infrastructure teams to drive initiatives.
Oversee booking model changes and operating model transformations.
Navigate and coordinate across large, complex teams and stakeholder groups.
Analyse large data sets using MS Excel to identify trends, report findings, and implement change.
Contribute to programmes involving legal entity changes (e.g., Brexit, Clearing).
Support transformation initiatives related to CCP Clearing and clearing house models.
Apply strong knowledge of Markets products including equities, securities, repos, tri-party, and bonds.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal control frameworks.
Essential Criteria
Minimum 8 years of project management experience within Tier 1 banks or top consulting firms.
Proven track record in delivering regulatory projects in complex institutional environments.
Strong working knowledge of Markets products and regulatory frameworks.
Experience working with Front Office stakeholders and control functions.
Familiarity with CCP Clearing processes and clearing house models.
Experience in booking model change and transformation programmes.
Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
