We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to provide efficient and thorough administrative support to the Oral Health promotion admin and clinical teams, helping to deliver a range of large-scale community outreach programs. This role represents the Service as an ambassador, promoting the highest standards of excellence in work practices.
Your Role Will Be To
* Assist clinical teams during school intervention program visits throughout the academic year. Provide administrative support to Project teams and clinics during school breaks as needed.
* Support teams across multiple boroughs in North East London when required. Manage stock levels and alert Project Support Officers when supplies are low.
* Foster team cohesion and build strong working relationships internally and externally.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying calm, working independently, proactively, and under pressure.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries with tact, diplomacy, and empathy.
* Exhibit a positive attitude, excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
* Travel across London to support clinical staff with fluoride varnish applications and outreach programmes as necessary to meet service demands.
