Payroll Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our busy and vibrant team in Milton Keynes .
This is an ideal role for someone who has some previous payroll experience and wants to join a large and fast paced organisation with the potential for development.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Accurately enter data onto Resourcelink; including starters, leavers and change of details, attachment of earnings and timesheets.
2. Actively chase employees for missing paperwork/outstanding information to ensure that cut offs are met.
3. Accurately calculate employee debts and ensure all relevant information is added to the debt recovery record.
4. Ensure that all documentation showing data entered is placed in the checking folder daily to allow for your work to be checked.
5. Ensure KPI’s are adhered to
6. Accurately check other administrators work to ensure 100% accuracy in all input.
7. Run exception reporting on the payroll data and make corrections where necessary.
8. Accurately process childcare voucher information through the third party website and on the employee’s record in Resourcelink.
9. Provide assistance to the Payroll Specialist to ensure that pre month end reporting is completed in a timely fashion.
10. Ensure all pay documents are released in a timely fashion.
11. Accurately input variable data when the payroll is open in line with the monthly timetable.
12. Ensure that ALL filing is scanned accurately and in a timely fashion.
13. Answer general payroll queries by telephone, Jira, email and/or letter in a polite, professional and timely fashion.
14. Keep abreast of process changes
15. The above is not an exhaustive list of all tasks, however is a good indication of the type of work needed to successfully carry out the administrator role.

16. Previous payroll experience

18. Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word
19. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
20. Ability to communicate clearly
21. Proactive, enthusiastic, someone who strives for excellence
22. Highly numerate with attention to detail
23. Must have the ability to work under pressure, and adjust priorities to meet tight deadlines
