Responsibilities
1. Financial Tracking – Work with PMs and Finance to monitor portfolio spend, ensure accurate forecasting, and flag variances or risks early.
2. Project Monitoring– Review project status reports and performance data, following up with PMs to support delivery and resolve issues.
3. Quality Assurance – Partner with the PMO Coordinator to maintain quality across the portfolio, promote best practices, and escalate concerns where needed.
4. Process Improvement – Contribute to the development and rollout of new PMO processes ( demand triage), supporting adoption across teams.
5. Onboarding – Help onboard new team members, providing guidance on tools, processes, and portfolio practices.
6. Reporting & Insights – Deliver clear, data-driven insights on portfolio performance to inform decision-making.
Experience
7. 4+ years' experience in a PMO or programme support role
8. Strongmunication and stakeholder engagement skills
9. Confident with data analysis and financial tracking, advanced excel skills
10. Familiar with both agile and waterfall environments
11. PMO or project management qualification (P3O, PRINCE2, APM etc.)
