By integrating with existing scanners (like Tenable or Qualys) and applying proprietary quantification logic, Astragar translates raw findings into financial risk — giving CISOs and CFOs a shared language to act decisively.
With a working MVP, a warm sales pipeline (including a global Top-5 insurance broker, a $50B private equity firm, and multiple banks and fintechs), we’re now hiring a mission-aligned Co-founder & CRO to help us scale revenue.

What We’re Looking For:
A driven, high-trust individual with:
* Proven experience in cybersecurity or GRC sales leadership
* Start-up DNA: scrappy, strategic, and execution-focused
* Comfort navigating enterprise sales cycles (CISOs, CTOs, Boards)
* Willingness to go all-in for equity at the early stage
* Desire to co-create sales playbooks, pricing, channels, and GTM motion
