An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established and award-winning business. As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll provide vital support to the operational depot, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of customer communications and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional, timely manner.
2. Generate customer quotations and process orders through to completion.
3. Book transport: generate paperwork and labels where required.
4. Maintain and update internal systems with accurate and relevant data.
5. Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
6. Provide admin support for end-of-month reporting and ad hoc tasks.
7. Ensure excellent communication and coordination across departments.
8. Always maintain customer confidentiality.
