We are currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead delivery of a commercial electrical installation project in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established M&E contractor on a high-profile commercial development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the electrical works from planning to handover.
Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all electrical project activities on site
*
Liaise with main contractors, clients, and internal teams
*
Oversee project planning, resourcing, and budget control
*
Ensure health & safety, compliance, and quality standards are maintained
*
Manage site teams and subcontractors
*
Attend site meetings, produce progress reports, and ensure deadlines are met
*
Assist with procurement and material management
*
Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover
Electrical Project Manager Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects
*
Background in electrical contracting (ideally with a technical trade start)
*
Strong understanding of electrical installations and regulations
*
SMSTS
*
ECS/CSCS Card (Black preferred)
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Right to work in the UK
