Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Volunteer Development Manager based in Bromley with some work from home flexibility. The Volunteer Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers. This role involves developing and implementing volunteer management best practices, maintaining volunteer databases, and creating programs and events to engage volunteers. The manager will also work to build and maintain relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Experience in volunteer recruitment and management
* Skills in developing and implementing volunteer programs and training materials
* Strong organizational and database management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging volunteers and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Relevant experience or qualifications in community engagement or nonprofit management are a plus
