The Home First Occupational Therapy Team has recently expanded in response to the growing demand for support with hospital discharges, active recovery, and reablement packages. As a result of internal career progression, we are now recruiting for a new full-time Occupational Therapist position.
This role involves working closely with our partners across health and community services to build strong collaborative relationships that positively influence individual health and care outcomes.
The OT team is a vital part of the Home First Social Care Team, operating across all areas of the county. Each team member maintains links with all three area clusters, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to service delivery.

You Must
* have a degree in Occupational Therapy
* be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the post

The key skills recruitment and retention scheme applied to these positions, subject to eligibility. The amount payable will be £2000 (pro-rata for part time positions) after 24 months of employment.
A generous relocation package is payable, of which up to £8,000 (of HMRC eligible elements) are free of tax. We can offer you help to move whether you are looking to buy or rent, depending on your circumstances.
