* Workday Payroll Subject Matter Expert - Partner with the Payroll Director, BSA Manager, Payroll Manager, and Team Lead to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of payroll data within Workday.
* System Administration & Troubleshooting - Configure, test, and troubleshoot Payroll and Time Tracking modules; resolve technical issues with payroll interfaces and external vendors.
* Reporting & Analytics - Build, customize, and maintain payroll reports (including audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting) to support both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
* Audit & Compliance Support - Conduct routine payroll data audits, reconcile quarterly taxes, and ensure accurate W-2 reporting. Respond to audit requests from payroll, legal, or compliance teams.
* Payroll Processing - Review time entry data, deductions, retroactive adjustments, and load EIB files as needed to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
* Reconciliations & Payments - Support accurate reconciliation of payroll with the General Ledger and ensure timely payments for 401(k), deferred compensation, pretax savings, garnishments, and refunds.
* Process Improvement & Projects - Contribute to payroll-related projects from design through implementation, delivering recommendations for process efficiencies and system enhancements.
* Training & Support - Provide guidance to payroll staff and managers on the proper use of Workday, earnings / deduction codes, and payroll tools to reduce errors and improve reporting accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field)
* 2+ years' experience in payroll systems support / processing required.
* Workday Payroll systems supportis preferred.
* ADP and Daily Pay experience is preferred
