Document Controller
Location: Mid Kent
35 hours per week (Hybrid Working Model)
Working Hours: 5:00am – 1:00pm
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, team-focused individual to join our client on a FTC as a Document Controller. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of customer records through efficient digitising, indexing, and storing of documents.
What You’ll Do:
Digitising and organising of documents
Ensuring all documents meet data protection and compliance standards
Checking documents for accuracy and consistency
Keeping up to date with document management processes
Supporting the team with best practices in handling and storing documents
Who You Are:
Proficiency with document management systems and scanning technology
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
High accuracy in data entry and record management
Familiarity with GDPR and data handling best practices
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude
