About the School
The school offers a calm, rural setting where pupils aged 7-19 with SEND, including Autism, receive personalised education and 1:1 or small group support.
PE Teacher Responsibilities
* Set up the classroom and PE spaces to create a positive learning environment
* Plan and teach lessons that suit all ability levels
* Supervise PE lessons, both indoors and outdoors
* Encourage students to try new sports and stay active
* Support students with their PE, based on their age and level
* Help keep students safe and support their well-being
PE Teacher Requirements
* A strong commitment to supporting students with SEND
* At least 2 years of experience working in a SEND setting or similar provision
* QTS or QTLS is a bonus but not essential
* Must have a Full-UK Driving Licence due to rural location
