About Us

Rejuvenation Rooms is a leading aesthetics clinic in King's Lynn, Norfolk. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding client care and exceptional treatments in a luxurious, welcoming environment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to become a vital part of our team.

Job Overview

This is a full-time, in-clinic position, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering a warm welcome, professional support, and ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house operations. You will be a key team member, supporting both our clients and clinical team to deliver a seamless first class experience.

This is a reception-only role with no treatment responsibilities. Previous reception experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and calm reception environment
* Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries, either in-clinic, over the phone or online.
* Managing appointment bookings, diary optimisation, and cancellations using our clinic management system
* Supporting the team with daily front-of-house duties including taking payments, handling client data and general administrative tasks
* Liaising with the clinical team to ensure a positive and smooth client journey,
* Supporting follow-up communication with clients to ensure they feel informed and cared for.
* Assisting in explaining treatment plans and finance options to clients when required.
* Uphold strict confidentiality standards in accordance with data protection regulations.

Key Skills & Attributes

We are looking for someone who is:

* Dynamic, proactive, and takes pride in their work with a high desire to elevate our clients experience.
* Ability to use initiative and forward planning
* A confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
* Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Organised, efficient, and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
* Proficient in typing and fully computer literate, including using spreadsheets and analysing data.
* Able to approach potentially sensitive conversations with clients using empathy and clarity
* Passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industry (previous industry experience is advantageous but not essential)
