Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional to promote and sell the company’s flooring products to end users and customers within the new build housing and reactive commercial sectors. Covering Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London postcodes, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure national specifications are upheld at a regional level. You will be responsible for developing new business with specifiers, regional builders, building strong relationships with contractors and designers, and driving growth across your territory. Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit and build strong relationships with key transactional and specification house build customers
2. Identify and target new prospects within the new build and commercial sectors
3. Log customer interactions and project opportunities using the CRM system (C4C)
4. Submit case studies of recently completed installations to support marketing and sales efforts
5. Provide monthly reports detailing territory activity and sales development
6. Work cross-functionally across departments to ensure seamless project execution
