Therefore we are looking for a managerwith proven experience of Primary Care. You will be part of the management team and be required to bevisible in the practice to support the operations delivery with your drive tosucceed whilst delivering excellent care and service to our patients.
Main duties of the job
You must have the natural abilityto innovate and show initiative to be able to lead, motivate, and appraise the receptionand admin team members along with managing clinical rotas for the appointmentsin Emis (our clinical system). You will support the day to day operations ofthe practice. You would work both independently and in a team to achieve goals.

The practiceconsists of 2GP Partners, five Salaried GPs, three PracticeNurses, two ANPs, a Health Care Assistants, a GPA and adminmembers (split into admin and receptionist), a Pharmacists and our PCNcolleagues (Care Coordinators, pharmacy technicians, dietitian,first contact physios, mental health practitioners, social prescribers).
We enjoy the work but it is busyand can be demanding so there is plenty of support from the team.

You must have excellent written & oral communication skills and strong interpersonal and team-working skills with a proven ability to make sound independent decisions based on knowledge and expertise. It is a busy and varied role, with a high level of responsibility so you will need to be dependable, motivated, adaptable & flexible.
Expereince of Primary Care is essential and use of EMIS is preferred.
