Car Sales Executive
Responsibilities
* Build great customer experiences from first contact to handover.
* Own the sales process and deliver complete, unique packages including accessories, warranty and finance.
* Generate and manage new and used car enquiry leads, converting appointments into sales.
* Live and breathe the brand, sustaining the 90‑plus‑year reputation of TC Harrison Ford.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing sales experience, preferably in the motor industry.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Positive, can‑do attitude and a self‑motivated mindset.

Used Car Sales Executive
Responsibilities
* Deliver seamless customer experiences for used vehicle enquiries.
* Harness brand heritage to excite buyers and drive sales.
* Maximise all used car leads through engagement and conversion.
* Upsell accessories, warranties and fleet finance options.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail sales and a strong knowledge of used car market.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Computer‑savvy and confident with networking systems.
* Customer‑service focus and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Automotive Technician (Service)
Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
* Diagnose problems using modern diagnostic equipment.
* Explain repairs and warranty options to customers.
* Carry out routine service tasks: oil changes, fluid checks, tyre rotation.
* Maintain safety, quality and productivity in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
* Level 3+ technical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, ATA).
* Full, clean driving licence.
* MOT Tester preferred but not mandatory.
* Experience with diagnostic, repair and panel restoration work.
