* Create innovative solutions using data and research to address challenges in your organization
* Take a big-picture approach in analyzing business operations, driving improvements across teams
* Work with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvements in tech and non-tech products, managing projects from start to finish
* Enhance operational performance of products in partnership with stakeholders
A day in the life
As a Product Manager, you’ll lead data-driven change initiatives, manage improvement projects, and define strategic plans. Your role involves complex challenges requiring creativity, innovation, and leadership. You may also contribute to broader areas like diversity, equity, and inclusion.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership
* Experience communicating with stakeholders, including leadership
* Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines
* Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
* Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience as Business Analyst or Data Scientist
* Experience in Product Management and working with tech teams
* Degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or an MBA
* Experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning
