Showroom Sales Advisor
Staffline Ireland are currently recruiting for a Showroom Sales Consultant on behalf of a leading bathroom supplier. The Showroom Sales Advisor will convert showroom enquiries into successful, profitable sales. You will join a successful growing sales team and will contribute to the continued growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with both the public and trade customers to develop an understanding of their bathroom needs, aspirations and budgets
2. Achieve budgeted sales figures and margin
3. Provide customer with exceptional sales and service journey
4. Merchandise showroom ensuring displays are up to date and that daily checks are conducted to ensure all item meet display standards
5. Put forward ideas for sales promotions to ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved within the department working with Marketing Department
6. Attend any required product training to ensure you are up to date with current and future product offering
7. Be available to work Saturday mornings to ensure adequate cover within the showroom on a rota basis

Person Specification:
9. Able to demonstrate knowledge of Bathroom Products
10. Experience of dealing with the general public and trade customers
11. Experience of working in a sales and customer focused environment and exceeding sales targets
12. Ability to identify opportunities for improvements within your area of responsibility
13. Willingness to assist colleagues and possess a can-do attitude
14. Able to take on other responsibilities and learn quickly from others
15. Willingness to be flexible in your working hours, able to work on Saturday's and other Branches when required
Desirable Criteria:
16. Experience of working in a Bathroom Showroom sales environment
17. Experience of design software packages, 20/20 Fusion and Virtual Worlds
18. Innovative/creative approach to solving customer issues
