The Role As a Part-Time Chef, you will work alongside our Head Chef/Sous Chef to ensure smooth, efficient service. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, maintaining immaculate food safety, and helping keep the kitchen running like clockwork during peak times. Key Responsibilities: * Service Delivery: Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes quickly and beautifully, even during our busiest rushes. * Prep Work: Ensuring your station is fully stocked, prepped, and ready for service. * Food Safety: Maintaining strict compliance with food hygiene, allergens, and health and safety regulations (SFBB / Safer Food, Better Business). * Teamwork: Communicating clearly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to keep service seamless. * Stock Management: Keeping track of waste, labelling food correctly, and ensuring correct rotation (FIFO).
