Territory Sales Associate: Neurosurgery North/East / South

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Benefits: 22 days holiday allowance (excl. Bank Holidays), pension scheme, private healthcare insurance, daily food allowance, car allowance.

We are a fast-growing medical devices and clinical services company that requires an increase in sales staff due to growth within the Neuro department. The role is hybrid – home/field based, with an expectation to commute to different hospitals throughout the region when required.


About the Role:

The primary role of the Territory Sales Manager is to ensure commercial targets are reached or exceeded, whilst ensuring safe operating practices for patients and end users are maintained.

You will work within a team to deliver on key strategic goals and to grow the revenue of the department.

You will report to both the Regional Sales Manager in the Neurosurgery / Pain division and the Regional Clinical Services Manager to achieve these goals.


Responsibilities:

* Work with the Regional Sales Manager to create strategic commercial plans each year across both sales and clinical services.
* Ensuring growth in revenue across the department within your region.
* Develop product expertise across the neuro and pain portfolio to be able to teach end users how to use our devices, including technical specification, application and trouble shooting.
* Conduct field demonstrations of inomed products to support the sales process.
* Run product trials for devices across the full device’s portfolio.
* Develop both new and existing business relationships.
* Provide customer support post-sales across the territory.
* Deliver presentations and organise healthcare professional events.
* Gain proficiency in the company's back-office and commercial functions.
* Create regular timely reports to present to your line manager (RSM)
* Organise and attend key local and national conferences in line with the strategic aims of the business.


Skills – Essentials:

* Strong communication skills – able to communicate effectively with a range of key internal and external stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with a good understanding of the healthcare/medical devices/clinical services market.
* Team player – understanding the vision of the company and management.
* Have a hunger and drive for commercial success – target driven and competitive.
* Proven ability to win business in a competitive market.
* Strong organizational management skills with attention to detail.
* Adaptable and eager to learn, balancing clinical knowledge with commercial drive.
* Highly motivated and personable/likeable.
* Pro-active and ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
* A Team player with tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.


Skills – Desirable:

* Experience in delivering presentations or coaching / teaching.
* Relevant experience selling or working in the operating theatre environment.
* Experience working with similar products to the inomed portfolio.
* Self-starter / entrepreneurial mindset.


Benefits:

* Car Allowance - £500/pcm
* Pension – 3%
* Daily Meal allowance - £20/day
* Private Healthcare (opt in/out)
* Holidays - 22 days + bank holidays
* Incentive plan – Bonus paid success vs target – paid quarterly


Salary / Commission:

Salary - £30,000-£40,000 p.a. dependent upon experience

Commission (after passing probation) – structure for 2026 TBC – circa £16K OTE, accelerator, uncapped
