The role
As a Performance and Compliance Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a high-impact leadership position that blends strategic oversight with hands-on involvement. You'll have broad visibility across key delivery areas, including estate and facilities management, training, construction initiatives, and technical services.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead the charge on contract performance, ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and spearhead continuous improvement across a diverse and multifaceted contract.
* Monitor, manage and report on contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) whilst leading the development and implementation of systems and processes to support continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual maintenance requirements
* Manage contract master data including asset data and maintenance schedules
* Support the development of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams
* Lead and support change management and staff development initiatives
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home along with travel to Minley and Bicester.
Essential experience of the Performance and Compliance Manager:
* Proven track record of service delivery across a wide range of activities
* Experience managing at a leadership level within Hard Facilities Management or similar environments
* Strong understanding of contract financial management and performance reporting
* Experience with ISO standards particularly in quality and environmental management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Qualifications for the Performance and Compliance Manager:
* Degree educated and professionally qualified ideally with chartered status
